As part of our customer rewards program you will earn CASHBACK on EVERY purchase that you make on the Paws & Relax mobile app. 

You will also receive 5% CASHBACK on every grooming appointment completed at any Paws & Relax branch. For 2 or more pets you will receive 10% CASHBACK on full grooming, basic grooming and de-shedding appointments completed at the same time.

To receive CASHBACK for grooming purchases you must share your registered email on the app with our staff within 48 hours of the appointment.

• You need to have a registered customer account on the Paws & Relax mobile app to receive CASHBACK.
• CASHBACK can ONLY be used for purchases of PRODUCTS on the Paws & Relax mobile app.
• CASHBACK cannot be used for purchases in-store.
• CASHBACK cannot be used as payment for grooming or vaccination services.
• CASHBACK is issued in the form of a gift card which will be send to your registered email address. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox.
• All CASHBACK gift cards have an expiry date mentioned on the email. Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed or re-issued under any circumstances so please redeem your gift card within the validity period. 
• CASHBACK is  issued within 48 hours of the initial sale or the completed appointment.
