Returns & Exchange Policy

Should you change your mind, we accept returns, within 7 days of purchase. Goods must be in their original packaging, unused & in perfect condition. Goods must be resellable. 

Where goods that are found to be faulty or defective, they should be returned, along with all parts and original packaging. Goods will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Manufacturer's warranty is applicable on all goods.

Where goods have been sold for a reduced price due to damage or missing parts, they cannot be returned following purchase.

It is our policy to issue store credit (or refund within 7 days for cash purchases) for all returns, except for goods which have been found to be faulty or defective. In this instance, a repair, replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

For items purchased on credit card a refund can only be offered on the same calendar day. The refund must be applied to the card used for the purchase. This is a limitation from the banking institution. Where items purchased on credit card are returned after the date of sale store credit will be offered. NO cash refunds will apply on items purchased using a debit/credit card card. This policy is also applicable for transactions completed using Apple or Samsung pay.

All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
