Returns & Exchange Policy
Should you change your mind, we accept returns, within 7 days of purchase. Goods must be in their original packaging, unused & in re-sellable condition. Where goods are opened or packaging is damaged then we will not be in a position to exchange the items or offer a refund as they are no longer re-sellable. Items returned greater that 7 days after purchase will not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Where goods are reported to be faulty or defective, they should be returned along with all parts and original packaging. Goods will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Manufacturer's warranty is applicable on all goods.
Certain items like pet beds, pet carriers, pet apparel etc. cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
It is our policy to issue store credit (or refund within 7 days for cash purchases) for all acceptable returns, except for goods which are reported to be faulty or defective. In this instance, a repair, replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
For items purchased on credit card a refund can only be offered on the same calendar day. The refund must be applied to the card used for the purchase. This is a limitation from the merchant bank. Where items purchased on credit card are returned after the date of sale store credit will be offered. No cash refunds will apply on items purchased using a debit/credit card. This policy is also applicable for transactions completed using smart pay applications like Apple or Samsung pay.
Discounted products or items sold as part of a promotion or a sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
